All orders are fufilled and shipped via our partnership with Amazon. We invested in this partnership to deliver trusted conversions and logisitics with the world's largest shipper. Amazon offers 3 levels of shipping, with corresponding increasing prices - Standard (3 business days), Expedited (2 business days) and Priority (1 business day) delivery speeds.

Returns & Refunds - All Sales are Final.

Every attempt should be made to avoid a return / refund scenario. Please carefully review the dimensions and product descriptions prior to purchase, including any product variations (ex. size / color / scent).

Please be advised that all sales are final . Returns will only be accepted in the case of having received either 1) improper (not what was ordered) or 2) defective (visibly or functionally damaged)

This policy is strictly enforced based on the Amazon's MCF shipping arrangements which do not re-reimburse our store for any damaged, opened items, or items that cannot be re-stocked inventory. We incur fees both for shipping, inventory management, warehouse space, and restocking.

Any refund will be manually approved by Hotelier Turndown - and purchaser information and / or product proof may need to be provided. All approved returns will be provided an Amazon shipping label and the package will need to be dropped off at a UPS facility. Upon receipt of returned goods that can be restocked - Hotelier Turndown will initiate a refund to the customers original form of payment.
